Quality Policy

At Ryusendo Co., Ltd., we ensure that all employees understand our management philosophy. By prioritising safety and security, and focusing on health promotion, we reliably meet customer requirements and promote continuous improvement of our quality management system. We propose and provide nutritional supplements and raw materials that meet our customers’ expectations and needs through this approach. Our aim is to enhance customer satisfaction, secure continued trust in our company and contribute to society.

We continuously propose and supply the products that customers are satisfying always through our business activities.

We will comply with all applicable standards, legal and regulatory requirements, and customer requirements. We will operate a quality management system and continuously strive to improve it.

We will establish “quality objectives” in accordance with our quality policy, and management representatives will review the specific implementation measures with each department.

We will document and thoroughly communicate the Quality Policy to all employees through means such as posting it in the workplace. This will ensure that everyone in the company understands, implements, and maintains the policy.

Once the quality policy has been established, we will make improvements as necessary to ensure its continued suitability.
